Default So uh.... Belkar called it in 1203

Halfling feet along with armored feet and such. Just saw it, and realized what I was reading. Happy to share :)

He was. Though of course it could well mean that our mystery voices also fit into those categories.

Armored boots, regular boots, ridiculous little wizard slippers, and proper bare halfling feet.
Which of those belong to the OoTS and which to Orange text creature?
I thougkt he was referring to his own party's tracks.
My guess was a mix of paladin tracks and his own party tracks, since I believed, due to 1189's last two panels, that the Green and Orange text entities were flying the whole time. Given that use of ranged attacks/darts/blow guns, my idea was that the darts flew in from 'off ledge' ... but on further review that may not be wholly accurate.

What I think OP is saying is that Belkar's description of the tracks covers the Order, but it would also include the unknown attackers, because one of then turned out to be a barefoot halfling. And what that means is that the orange voice also has boots that fall into one of these categories - it's a halfling, a wizard (or someone in slippers), someone wearing armored boots, or regular boots.

Which doesn't narrow it down that much TBH and also leaves a possibility of someone floating or otherwise not leaving tracks.

I remember this being theorized when that strip came out, and I found it a bit weird that Belkar would confuse the party's tracks with that of the attackers.

I mean, I guess if everyone in the party stepped on the footprints maybe? But usually the tracker goes on the front, and can see the tracks undisturbed.

    Belkar is a terrible tracker.
The end of what Son? The story? There is no end. There's just the point where the storytellers stop talking.

They flew in on a rather small ledge, did you expect them to all cramp on one side or what?

He is now a middling tracker. Such development. Much wow.

Still way more development than Darth Vader got in the original trilogy. He went from telling his son "Join me and together we can rule the galaxy [which necessitates overthrowing the current ruler of the galaxy]!" To, uh, teaming up with his son to overthrow the current ruler of the galaxy. So much development!

On the other hand, the man never really did anything out of character, one has to appreciate logical consistency.
Going back to Belkar, Minrah's pep talk probably might make him realize that in relation to people who only seen him "faking" a decent person, he actually IS a decent person.
Also, getting from "terrible tracker" to "middling tracker" is actually means putting almost, if not all skill ranks from levels into it instead of trolling skills like Craft(disturbing mental image)

I really don't like putting anything in signatures, but Shoreward's comic deserves it.

I'm guessing it was paladin's feets and serini. Next I'm guessing she summoned /w wand some low level summon /w flying, and then the misdirection quote of "it's been fun while it lasted. What's that? ... Existing."

Didn't he start off a ranger, who multiclassed into barbarian for the raging capabilities and general badassery?

I just assume he's taken more levels in ranger and raised his corresponding skills since then.
I prepared Explosive Runes before writing this signature.
