How long to bind a soulmeld

After glancing around at MoI through both the classes and the section about binding chakras themselves, I dont see anything saying how long it takes, or how long it takes to undo. So to ask point blank:
How long does it take to bind a given soulmeld to a chakra? Any insight?

The text and the examples strongly imply that it's done as part of shaping soulmelds (i.e. in the 1 hour meditation period), but I can't find any explicit statement of that.

It's part of the process of shaping them at the beginning of the day. It doesn't take any time in itself.
