Belkar adquired in Tinkertown the talisman that allowed him to kill Durkula
I was going to write "High Priest of Hel" instead of Durkula, but the title was too long.
Actually it is a cloak clasp that is equiped with a Protection from Evil spell to block compulsion magic.
It happened in strip nr. 969.
Of course, it was actually Mr. Scruffy who activated it and reanimated Belkar. A clever animal; not for nothing was he the de facto ruler of Azure City for some time.
