Maximum Number of Starting Languages?
Pretty much what it says on the tin.
Using only official Paizo material, what’s the maximum number of languages you can start with at first level?

Re: Maximum Number of Starting Languages?
Are drow a thing in Pathfinder? Because the highest number of starting languages I ever saw in 3.5 was a half-dragon drow druid who put an 18 in his starting intelligence. That makes three automatic languages for being a drow (Common, Undercommon, Elfish), Druidic for being a druid and six additional languages for having an starting intelligence of 22 (as drow have five available languages to choose from and druid adds Sylvan, a higher starting intelligence wouldn't give anything more.)

Re: Maximum Number of Starting Languages?
If allowed to play a Drow, you only start with Elven and Undercommon in Pathfinder 1E. They don't separate Drow from Elven.
I am fairly certain that most races start with two languages (some only one). So, start with a race with (2) two languages, be a druid, have a high Intelligence, and put a rank into Linguistics for a bonus language. If you have an alternate racial trait that allows for it, some races get +2 languages for each rank in Linguistics.
EDIT: Duergar speak Common, Undercommon and Dwarven.Last edited by Eldonauran; 2021-04-13 at 01:39 PM.

Re: Maximum Number of Starting Languages?
I've managed to reach 11 languages at level 1. Peri-blooded aasimar with the Truespeaker alternate racial ability, 1 rank in Linguistics, 20 INT, the Unintentional Linguist trait, and a campaign trait granting a bonus language. If your first level was Rogue, your second level could get you the Rogue Talent Guileful Polyglot and a second rank in Linguistics, boosting you up to 17 languages known by level 2. The Cosmopolitan feat can also give you two additional languages known, for a total of 13 at level 1, and 19 at 2.
