Clarification on "Explicit sexuality"

I am participating in a thread called "Gender and sexuality diversity in RPG settings" which also the same word in its name as one of the inappropriate topics "Explicit sexuality". However I thought that sexuality was more of a euphemism then actually talking about sexuality.

I tried to think of polite and appropriate ways to ask for details, the best I have is "As long as we are at the level where X-sexual and X-romantic are interchangeable than are we probably fine?"
