Posting an updated index

Good day, this question is in regards to the restriction on posting copyrighted material. I want to post an index of all D&D 3.5 domains to include spells by level and an abbreviated summary. Most often I refer to {Scrubbed link} but it is no longer maintained or even available outside of the wayback machine. It is also incomplete, as is every other index that I have been able to find. Would posting such a list containing that sort of information violate the rules against copyrighted content? Thank you.

Sheriff: Probably yes, and please don't link to sites like that. You can post small parts of that kind of content (even taking verbatim from the source), but to repost it wholesale in large quantities goes beyond what's allowed here.
