Time not displaying correctly for fractional timezones
Hi, I've noticed a problem with the forums' display of timestamps: specifically, they're always wrong for any time zone that isn't a full-hour offset from UTC.
For example, if you set your timezone to UTC +9.5, the forum will instead display the timestamps as if you were in UTC +9. The same applies for other fractional timezones (i.e., UTC +3.5 is displayed as UTC +3, etc.)
This is clearly not a big impossible issue, and might be a fundamental unfixed bug in the underlying vBulletin software - but I just thought I'd mention it in case there happened to be a straightforward fix and the problem had simply been a lack of awareness. ;)

Re: Time not displaying correctly for fractional timezones
This is fixed now. You will need to set your timezone again. To do that, you may need to change your timezone to something else first (and save the changes), before changing it back.

Can confirm the fix is working on my end. Thank you very much!
