Gashur could certainly put 24 hit points to very good use. He is a bit busy for one round, but probably is still in reach (not sure about the position of the nearest window relative to Leonius, doubt it's more than a move away).

actually the Fortitude save is +9 instead of +8, so the result is 12

I'm going to use 1 mythic point to add 1d6 to my fortitude save: (1d6)[4]

EDIT: with the surge, that's 16 and therefore a pass.

EDIT2: at least the cleave is a hit and will do quite a bit of damage.

DM tells me I could hit 5 ghouls with burning hands for 5d4+10 DC18 REF for half, and this is by far my most powerful attack option. I could do over 100 damage and likely toast all of them.

The drawback is that I'd also hit Mong.

I guess that's a save on both, so 3 negative damage, 5 regular damage and no paralysis.

with the lay on hands you're back to 27/28. Can't do anything about paralysis as I can only 'cure' fatigue with my lay on hands.

As Jessica and Gashur race into the courtyard...

I am not sure this should be the case, mainly because...

Letting Gashur do the scouting ..., Jessica moved to Tali and tried to heal her.

...and it was a single move action for Gashur to get where he is now. This might change the demon's actions, like no AoE and a different bane (Gashur now still appers as a reptilian humanoid).
