Speak with Animals through Familiar

Let's take a Warlock with the Chain Pact, and the Beast Speech (cast Speak with Animals at will) and Voice of the Chain Master (unlimited telepathic connection with the familiar) invocations.

Can this character send the familiar exploring miles away, cast speak with animals on himself, and communicate with any beast the familiar may find?

The Voice of the Chain Master invocations says that

Additionally, while perceiving through your familiar’s senses, you can also speak through your familiar in your own voice, even if your familiar is normally incapable of speech.

Does that include speaking with animals as well, whilst under the effect of the spell?

I checked if speak with animals had something like "beasts within x feet of you". It does not.

So I think it works.

This opens some interesting RP opportunities, although you need to specialise your character to it, as two invocations is an expensive investment.

The other two similar spells, Speak with Dead and Speak with Animals, have other limitations and won't work through a familiar.

Did you mean speak with plants? Yes, both spells require you to first imbue a close target with intelligence, and neither is a touch spell that a familiar could deliver.
