Haha. Well played, you two. Those were neither of my intended answers, but they fit.

Staring contest with a basilisk and a medusa checking her make-up were the intended ones. I think the first one might arguably be more hostile (in fact, be hostile per se) than any of the medusa ones, but I don't know if basilisks just petrify with their gaze without even wanting to.

Lotus can be yellow, and Kubota mentions lotus in #594 first panel, but I'm not sure if that counts. Odin says in #501 4th panel that Freya has flowers in her hair, and one of those flowers is yellow, but Odin doesn't specifically mention color, so I don't think that counts either.

The actual answer is #702 last panel, yellow musk creeper as the national flower of Gobbotopia. This is apparently some kind of magical D&D plant. OQ.
