I was sure that little sequence would come up, but I don't find it a very clear case. When he finally gets the spell off, he only explicitly resists being distracted by how the rest of the party will react to his success.

In fact, as likely a candidate as Elan is for this question, he is actually not the one I have in mind for the answer.

I figured it would be to easy, but still worth a shot. Blackwing and something shiny would be my second guess. I think during the arena scene, he resist Haleys gold in order to support scruffy with the belt. The other scene... not sure. And don't want to search right now.

Ooh! I forgot about Thog and ice cream. I shouldn't forget about that, especially since Thog may have survived the collapse of the arena.

Anyway, there's also #968, where the gnome clerics would like to use “very tasty wafers” to prevent a vampire from reviving, and #1115 first panel shows that Belkar and Minrah know of this method as well; #98, Dorukan's dungeon designers have a trap spray barbecue sauce so that a monster attacks the adventurers; and #730 Mr. Scruffy flings a bowl of maggots at some bar patrons to get Belkar involved in the brawl.

Update: I almost forgot, #725 2nd, the Empress of Blood eats a lot because he thinks that makes her more powerful.

Actually, let me take the question. Therkla is a half-orc who is depicted with tusks only on the bottom; whereas Bozzok and Thog are half-orcs with tusks both at the top and bottom. Find someone who looks like a half-orc (or ork, frankly I don't know how to tell the difference without dialog), has tusks only on the bottom, and isn't Therkla.
