I'd argue that you absolutely don't have to. The illusory girl never opens her mouth, and the upper tusks never show as long as the (half-)orc's mouth remains closed.
Accordingly, I'd hereby nominate Hak-Tonog the Moderately Incontinent instead.

As far as I can tell, you gotta find an orc with their mouth open, so you can verify there are no stalactusks. Because those aren't visible when the mouth is closed anyway (and for the record I think of them as fangs, not tusks). Mungu would be a good candidate, but she only has one tusk, even if it seemingly has the magical ability to switch sides in her mouth.

Without that condition, you could find like eight valid answers in just the seventh panel of that strip.

Edit again: And since I don't think the series has a literate full-blooded orc, Hak-Tonog probably is a half-orc too.

enq: I think the Boot wight counts as one: putting on boots is positive attention to his feet. Roy trying to figure out which boot goes on which feet is probably too much of a stretch, and so is Haley dying her nice boots. However, Blackwing wanted to enchance her claws (“really hoping to become a totally cool killing machine with magical razor sharp talons of death”) so I think that counts as positive attention. OQ if these count.

Uh… I don't remember the specifics, but whatever the answer was in the last thread, that's what you need for making omelets. Mimosas are optional. (Both the mimosa omelet special and the two recipes for making omelets have been asked a bunch of times, but I think never in a way that you need all three to answer.)

yokyok: #520 7th panel is where Belkar gets an offer from Tsukiko to join Team Evil; and later in #612 8th, the cleric offers him a job as his bodyguard. I think Belkar says “I've had offers” or something close to that at some point, but I don't recall where right now.

No. Humanoids have a head and two legs and two arms. This is important in a game because it means that humanoids can use most of the wearable magical items available in game because they have the right armor slots for them. Sir Thumb can't wear armor made for humanoids, and so will have trouble finding any armor, boots, or helmet that he can wear. (There are slight advantages to compensate: Sir Thumb is immune to the Hold person and Charm person spell because he's not humanoid, and can't be reanimated as a zombie.)
