I'd argue the third one doesn't count either (Happy Fun Sunshine Land is never implied not to be real). Instead, I'd go with Elan's "nightmare" and the game (yeah, it's kind of a stretch, but technically, it has Shojo accidentally convincing Belkar that he's a fictional character in a game someone plays).

Those are all Fibonacci numbers yes, but I asked for a speech bubble with five numbers in it, four of them being such. Ron Miel found my intended strip.
