Name the comic book
So I had this comic book about Spider Man joining forces with a television executive who rides a skateboard as a vigilante. And they fight a guy dressed like a jester who was using robots to take over a television studio. The jester was there because he was fired by the executive for making an educational kids show. I would like to k ow who the executive was and who the villain is, thank you.

Sounds a little bit like Jester's first appearance, but that was Daredevil. Did they retell his origin in Marvel Adventures?
