This will be the Christmas round, won't it? Why not some Santa Claus themed restrictions:

-Snowcasting, Frostburn
-Zhentarim Skymage, Lords of Darkness (it's an invisible guy who flies on weird creatures and has lots of magic items. I don't know what could be more Santa-esque)
-No arcane spellcasting class. Christmas is a religious holiday, Coca-Cola be damned!

I like the idea of a Christmas themed round, but at some point I want to see a round where Symbiotic Creature is a required ingredient and the forbidden ingredient is "cheese".

A way worse version of the Santa theme would be something I mentioned (in jest) last round of IC: knight of the iron glacier, from frostburn. The only prc that's strictly about having a deer.

No pally would be the obvious restriction.

I don't know how Quentinas is doing, but I hope we'll be done by Christmass... but even if we aren't, I'd personally still be against that.

Of course I think 2 judges is always far better, and I would honestly love to have you judge, but by Christmas it'll be a full month and a half since the reveal, and a chance you'll start judging around then is just too many factors dragging this context for too long, IMO.

If you can't start work now, which is completely understandable, you're always welcome to judge next round!

That's my two copper on the matter, anyway.

I agree with H_H_F_F. Either start judging now or wait for next round. It would be a problem if Quentinas finishes judging and we have to wait another two or three weeks for you. But if you have time to judge, be it this round or the next, it would be very much appreciated.

Yeah, I certainly don't need to—I was offering in case we got to a place where we needed a judge still by then—if we get a judgement beforehand, I'd more than happily wait for competing/judging in the next round. I unfortunately can't start until around Dec. 20, hence the "still open by Christmas"—I could probably finish by around then. Hopefully, things are all wrapped up by then!

I would offer to move on to next round pending judging, but historically that means judging never gets completed.
