With this one person says create a build that's the best an N, until the best is created and then someone says make the best of X.
Make the best of forgery.

On topic, you're going to have to set some restrictions, otherwise everyone will just post Pun-pun for everything, or grab one of the other silly Charop builds like the one with a few hundred tiny animated objects using aid another to boost your forgery check.Like 4X (aka Civilization-like) gaming? Know programming? Interested in game development? Take a look.

Rogue/Wizard with max ranks in Forgery, Greater Heroism, and Moment of Prescience.

I'd go with a Factotum//Wizard and have him blow all his Inspiration Points on increasing the Forgery check and then use his wizard levels to put a Permanent Symbol Of Persuasion to "Accept this document as if it was real"
