    The Bar
    This place serves an elite clientele, and, some say, not always from Eberron. No one knows who the barkeep is, and those who have tried to see her aura do not speak of it.

    As among the greatest of your chosen professions, it was an honor to be given membership, and you meet here at the appointed time whenever your travels take you to Sharn.

    At any rate, this is a place of relaxation and neutrality, so it was a surprise when you saw three invisible figures sneak in an begin to prepare to jump you.

    You, being a truly elite person, saw through this and had several seconds to respond.

    Sharn is one of her main traveling hubs in Khorvaire - if not her most visited - so Khashana was expecting a short stay before she's back on the road. She didn't expect a bar fight only a couple of minutes after she took a seat. She didn't even get her drink yet.

    Sensing her invisible assailants, Khashana nimbly got up her seat with a bit of a flourish, with her eyes lit up with power. Even then, she did a double-take. She never expected those kinds of shapes to start a barfight at Sharn, but then again, she should expect that kind of excitement from this bar.

    "...That's new."

    Looking around, she saw that she was not the only one that sprung into action. She hoped that they'd be more alert than she is. In the meantime, she would struggle to remember just what she's dealing with right now. Maybe she accidentally took someone's seat?

    Denesh is here of course, its her usual hang in the city. But like usual she is disguised as a human.
    A disguise known to her friend but hopefully enough to throw of enemies and folktales of Cul'sirs Heir.

    When she notices the invisible attackers her arrogant demeanor cracks a little.
    She didn't expect attack here and her defenses are lowered.
    She uses what defense she can and vanishes from sight.

    Bill stirs from the spot he had been leaning against the wall in a patch of shadow, eyes running over the invisible figures curiously. Were these strangers really so arrogant as to start a fight here, among so many powerful regulars, or actually that strong? Best to try to observe at first. He casts a spell without even the slightest exterior sign, the change also virtually imperceptible, since even as he turns invisible, an illusion perfectly matching his appearance overlaps his body exactly.

    Kaaravic was sitting down enjoying a honey based likeur from unknown planar origin and about to win a hand of cards when he noticed some preditory invisible presences. His Hat of Disguise masking no more than his shadow's shape. The hunter calmly put down his things, slides his chair back and stands up while saying, in a charming voice that can be heard clearly by all within 100 feet. "Welcome, 3 invisible guests! Care to share a drink and lay some cards, or are we engaging in other ways?" Prompty disappearing from everyones sight. Even those that can normally pierce such glamours (barring a succesful perception check., DC 73)

    Creating an interesting situation, because normal stealth depends on movement (ducking behind cover and such), and even if Invisibility grants explicit bonuses when not moving, it doesn't actually grant the option to use stealth without moving...RAW at least.

    The whispers turn discordant, hurried. For a brief moment, Emera isn't sure what the cause is, until several of her fellow patrons suddenly leap up, reacting to... nothing. Or at least, what seems to be nothing, but Emera know wells that some things can't be seen with normal eyes. She brushes away the hair concealing one eye, revealing a bright cyan orb broken only by a slit pupil, an inhuman thing that begins to glow with eldritch power, a trail of energy leaking out from it like smoke. In that moment, she begins to see with an eye of darkness, an eye that works not with light, but with reality itself.

    Ah, she thinks, upon seeing the cause of the commotion. Invisible bar-crashers. It seems the bar requires her services today rather than the other way around.

    The kalashtar's words carry an unusual effect, with her body language also reinforcing the gravity of her tone. Her upright posture and confident manner enhance them with an authority of a monarch commanding his subject. Even if they would never agree to this woman before, it would compel them to heed those words, at least for the time being.

    "Now, since it seems you lot aren't together per se, can I ask what's going on? Or is that too much to ask?" This time, she's even asking them nicely. At the same time, those still fighting on her side - nominally - will find her presence a bit inspiring, inexplicably.

    Using a standard action to cast Telempathic Projection to the Slaad, trying to change his attitude to unfriendly, assuming he's hostile now. It's DC 28, will save. (-5 power points, 172 pp remaining)

    Using a swift action to activate Inspire Courage, with +3 Bonus (-1 Bardic Performance rounds, 40 rounds remaining)

    Using a move action to cast Greater Command with the Halt function at the fiend, dragon, and slaad, assuming they're all standing within 30ft of each other. Otherwise, it's just the fiend. (-5 Genius Pool, 36 points remaining. The spell is DC 31 will save, which includes +2 from Holy Power. They'll get another try next round if they don't make it.)

    Bill moves a little bit more towards the back, letting the more physically capable of the group be in front, and determines to see the result of this attempt at diplomacy, even as he twitches his fingers, a spell dancing ready should fighting fully erupt.

    Emera's form flickers, but her shadowy magic is unable to stop her from taking a slash from the fiend's chains. She lets out a grunt of pain, before standing up from her seat and reaching for her component pouch. With a quick gesture and a muttered chant, a protective field of force springs up around her. Then, she puts her hands together, calling out in whispered Aklo*, "Lik zaresh, nefulin tagahs vel warev gahsnu zinkar." I call to the shadows, guide us and hinder our foes." Her magical eye glows again as a slight, almost imperceptible touch of magic settles upon both the three assailants and all those still standing in the bar, leading -- or misleading -- their actions with the subtlety of a shadow. So subtle, in fact, that it might just be all in their heads...

    Standard action: Cast Prayer. Allies get get a +1 to attacks, damage, saves, and skill checks, while enemies get a penalty. There is no save, but anything immune to compulsions or mind-affecting effects is protected.

    Seeing the Demon just bolt for him the moment he disappears from sight, before he had the time to relocate impresses. It likely being the only opportunity she will have to pin him down (literally) after all. But a great hunter does not come unprepared and Kaaravic activates his Shadow Cloak, and reflexively teleports 10ft out of the way. Foiling the attempt to grapple him.
    He looses a focused and powerful shot against the Demon, and a quick second one against the Dragon, just for a quick tag to make sure they don't leave.
    'Agent of Chaos, what is your part in this scene? Friend, foe, amused bystander?", he directs at the Slaad, before nimbly relocating with hasted speed.

    The fiend somehow ignores the electrical damage, but is still noticeably hurt and seems to be fatigued.

    "I will have you, heir of Dydd! If you lock me here, that only means I'll have to fight through your friends." Screeches the fiend.

    "He will never be yours!" retorts the Slaad. "I have to kill you and destroy your body so she can't have it, you see " he adds, matter if factly, to Kaaravic.

    "I like to kill people, so I follow her around." Adds the dragon, helpfully. "Also, ow!"

    The dragon was hurt, although not badly.

    Seemingly at the same time, Savanah wails into the dragon, causing many slight wounds to the fearsome creature as she flurries with enhanced speed.

    The dragon responds by bathing the room in a strange, cold wind that chills you to your soul without touching your skin.

    Turning to see one enemy scurrying out running away, as the dragon let loose a breath of frosty air, then falling down dead,
    Savanah turns her pistol towards the next closest enemy and fires multiple times.

    Khashana feels a chill on her body as the cold breath wash over her. The freezing is only temporary, however. The dragon who caused it soon disappears in a fog amidst fires.

    With her wounds also gradually closing, she turns towards the remaining assailant and concentrates. A faint glimmer of light soon emanates from the fiend's body, growing brighter and brighter unless checked.

    Standard Action: use Glow (Medium range, -20 penalty on Stealth checks and negate all bonuses usually bestowed by invisibility, blink effects, darkness, or similar effects) at the fiend.

    Free Action: maintain Inspire Courage for everyone.

    Move Action: move away from the fiend, I guess.

    Bill just shakes his head at this turn of results. "Really wasn't the best course of action was it?" He notes under his breath as he points his ivory staff, pale white fire burning in its runes as he speaks a sharp word of command, throwing a blast of intense cold in a sixty foot cone at the fiend along with any other foes which could be caught in the wave, though it at the same time curves around his allies harmlessly as if it were no more than a gentle breeze.

    Emera grimaces as the cloud of poisonous vapors fill the room, threatening to sap the vitality from her and everyone still in the building. Thinking quickly, she calls upon her dark patron for power and gestures at the cloud of fog. "Nethlek ni runes, 'cloudkill.'" Dispel this magic.Whether it succeeds or fails, her next action is simple - she reaches out with a grasping motion towards the fiend, dark power surging through her fingers and crossing the distance towards the fiend. "Kas!" Die!

    Swift Action: Casting a Quickened Inflict Moderate Wounds, and spending a use of Mythic Power (11 remaining) to augment it to its Mythic version. Using Faith's Reach to cast it as a ranged touch attack.

    It also has to make a DC 21 Will save or be sickened for 13 rounds.
    Finally, if the Dispel was unsuccessful, Emera will move out of the cloud's radius as directly as she can. Otherwise, she stays put.

    The Dragon eviscerated by shot and spell, and the Demon about to be knocked out by bleed effects; Kaaravic focuses his attention on the Slaad. Who seemed not an enemy, but threatened to destroy his body all the same. "She's about to fall asleep from the bleed. Try not to destroy her outright, she may have answers if we can keep her. I'm going after the Slaad", using his transformative powers to bring out black crane wings on his back and flying straight out the door, trying to catch up with his quarry.
    He looses a focused and powerful shot against the Slaad, together with two follow up shots and another quick extra shot against the Fiend, just for a quick tag to make sure they don't leave.
    Considering his general location revealed. If the Slaad is powerful enough to still stand after the focused onslaught, he inquires of them; "I can defend this body just fine. What cause have you to justify the need to destroy my form?"

    Depending on Outcome of those Saves and hits and conversation, he may choose to spend a Mythic Surge free action to gain a standard action. And rolling ahead for convenience

    The fiend is hurt but not likely to drop soon. However she is blinded as she bleeds faster than she can heal...
    Kaaravic chases after the Slaad, but he either got away due to supernatural speed or disguised himself with magic. Probably both.

    With the other assailants seemingly either banished, dead, or fleeing, Khashana moves closer towards the fiend. Her body now radiates positive energy. However, she would look more and more dreadful for the outsider.

    "Your ally's gone, the other one fled, and you're the only one left. Surrender now, and I only have a few questions to make. Surely you'd make a good decision now, yes?"

    It sure is a sight better than to disintegrate painfully. The last one might have failed to do so, but there's no guarantee the following ones will not.

    Show
    Free Action to use Protective Aura (Su) for 20 feet around her. It works like the spells magic circle against evil and lesser globe of invulnerability cast at 13th level. Magic Circle is set at the inward function to try and prevent the fiend from escaping,

    Standard Action to Demoralize the fiend. The Shaken penalty is -4, thanks to Dread.

    Stops Inspire Courage this turn, doing Swift Action to use Inspire Competence (+4 competence bonus) for her Intimidate attempt.

    Move Action to come closer to the fiend.
