What are the Prereqs for Shock Trooper? Also, does it do anything other than allow you to lose AC instead of BAB for Power Attack?

Improved Bull Rush, Power Attack, and a BAB of +6 are the prereqs.

It gives an additional -2 ac and +2 attack beyond what a charge gives in addition to the other.
It also lets you perform two other options, the first being not so good, the other being handy. (Domino Rush, lets you bull rush enemies into each other to get free trips on them both)

Heedless charge does not give an extra -2 ac +2 to attack. You get the normal charge modifications of -2, +2, and as long as you power attack for at least 5 points, you can assign any portion of the penalty to AC instead of Attack.

Directed Bull Rush can be very useful in order to set up Domino Rush. Because you have to charge the "nearest square" of the target of the bull rush, it can be very hard to line the target up the way you want. Directed Bull Rush helps mitigate this problem, since enemies won't often be lining up perfectly for you to Domino Rush them.
