Can paladins or clerics cast without divine symbol when they have 1 level of oracle?

Oracle features say: Unlike a cleric, an oracle need not prepare her spells in advance. She can cast any spell she knows at any time, assuming she has not yet used up her spells per day for that spell level. Oracles do not need to provide a divine focus to cast spells that list divine focus (DF) as part of the components.

So the question is: Can paladins or clerics (who cast divine spells) cast them without divine symbol?

The character in question may cast spells from their ORACLE spell list without a divine focus. The Paladin or Cleric spells still require the divine focus. The only reason is that, mechanically, that is the rule for the Paladin and Cleric spell casters.
