I'm using parts of it. Which is to say I'm cannibalizing the ghost power feats and turning them into just another type of magic for my players to choose from. I've never just used the campaign module and the implied setting it comes with wholesale. Come to think of it I can't think of anyone I know who ever has either...odd since most of my friends consider it a decent book at least in concept.
