Daggerheart - Open Beta Quickstart Adventure [OOC]

Welcome to the OOC for the Daggerheart Open Beta Quickstart Adventure!

Players may select one of the pre-generated characters that come bundled with the adventure or they may create their own characters.

The opening blurb of fluff for the adventure is as follows:

“Marlowe Fairwind, the right-hand sorcerer of King Emeris,
has gathered her most trusted allies to carry an important
package to Hush, a small village within the ancient forest of
Sablewood. The crate is large, heavy and sealed with magic,
addressed to the Whitefire Arcanist. You’ve been given a
map and a carriage, and the promise of reward upon your
arrival.”

I’ll have to figure out the daggerheart character generator. I’m thinking some sort of elf ranger-ish type. Uses a bow.

Here is Ash the Orc Guardian, or at least what I've done so far with her.

She has very low evasion so I doubt anyone will ever actually miss her but she does have 12 armour and because she's an Orc there's a respectable chance she can reduce the damage she takes without spending an armour slot.

I decided I would lean into that with the Vengeance foundation, which allows you to deal your armour score as damage to enemies that attack you in melee, and the I Am Your Shield ability that allows you to mark a stress and take a hit for an ally next to you.
