    Yeah, you all can make sure you're aboard before saying something.

    Could you make an Intimidation or Persuasion check?

    EDIT: You can take advantage on this roll since the whole party is backing you up.

    EDIT2: Rolling Initiative would probably help too, even with a good check a fight is likely to break out sooner or later.

    Combat has started but the regular crew members don't look as sure as their leaders. Crew members will do nothing on turn 1.

    We'll need initiative rolls for anyone who hasn't rolled yet. Yue and Sapphire will definitely get turns before any smugglers acting this round. Up to you if you want to wait for your party members to roll initiative or if there's something you know you want to do first.

    Not all of them. One is on the deck by you (within 20 feet of you or so) the other two are on an upper deck (near enough to each other but not close to the main deck guy).

    The First Mate (Bloody Bjorn) seems to barely be holding on, but he also looks like he doesn't know the word "retreat".

    The Captain and Wizard are OK for now.

    The crew members are all full health and fighting, though from what you said at the start they seem like they're more scared of their leaders than you.

    Gonna keep Concentrating on Heat Metal because screw that first mate, but I'll also toss a Frostbite onto him.
    (1d20)[19] Con Save from first mate, add modifiers as appropriate. DC is 14, on a failure, (1d6)[4] cold damage and disadvantage on his next attack.

    Edit: Unless he has a -6 modifier, I think he passed. :P
