Ray of Enfeeblement question

Just a quick question, does ray of enfeeblement have a saving throw? There's none listed in the PHB, but on a night hags spells like ablities list there is one.

For the spell, no. Most Rays don't allow saves; the ranged touch attack they require is the spell's chance of failure.

On the night hag's list of spell-like abilities there isn't a save DC either. That save DC is for sleep.
