    Huh. Whatever is going on, it's affecting both Cat and Pellan. So, Storm overload or the opposite?
    Also, Pellan’s curse is Storm powered?

    Interesting that Cat's voice(s) speaks a different language though.
    Stormfallen language? Or just what they're speaking where she went to school? At least I guess she speaks it, with the translator effect.

    Huh. I'm guessing that whatever happened to Pellan, it didn't turn them into a soulless husk like these guys. Or whatever is wrong with them, we don't know precisely what makes Pellan different.

    Shadows, right? I see why they're called that instead of just "undead." They're kinda like a fusion between ghosts and conventional corporeal undead. The leftovers of someone that died long ago. Pretty cool worldbuilding.
