enq: nice question. I was thinking of Belkar and Tarqin's psionic dagger first, but it turns out that Tarquin fights Belkar with an axe rather than the dagger, so that doesn't work. The answer is Haley using Crystal's +4 dagger: #607 8th is where Crystal disarms Haley's bow with the dagger, and #648 11th is where Haley uses that dagger to kill the incapacitated Crystal. I thought that was a knife by the way, and Celia calls it a knife in #648 12th, it's only today when re-reading #607 that I realized it's a dagger. OQ.

Update: As for the title of the next thread, my suggestions are:
