If only this was a democracy. Unfortunately in the zombie apocalypse that's unlikely, so I'll have to run this by our official leader.

Who, upon checking the documentation on instantaneous zombie outbreaks, turns out to be Peelee.

Do US subway cars have toilets?

In my country there are still trains that just dump all the pee and poop on the tracks. It's a generally clean and environmentally friendly country, so presumably a bit of human waste on the train tracks is deemed acceptable?

Not sure how that applies to subways. I can imagine filling up your subway tunnels with waste isn't as acceptable.

So depending on the system, this fellow might just have put his pee where it would end up anyway!

So it turns out that the original Thunderbirds is on Britbox, along with Captain Scarlet (bom bom bom, bo-bo-bo-bom) and some other Gerry Anderson stuff. I also seem to have suddenly lost my weekend.

Although the special effects really do hold up. Not the marionettes, of course, but the vehicle sequences and explosions look utterly amazing.

The ones around here don't - subway rides are usually short enough I wouldn't expect it to be necessary. Long-distance passenger trains do, of course. No idea what's done with the waste, though.

Setting aside any maintenance hassles - a few of our subway lines go under the river, and water occasionally seeps in. While the Potomac is plenty filthy already, there's no need to add more waste to it.

Septic tanks that get drained periodically, I would assume.

Thunderbirds is fine, however Captain Scarlett is horrible, there are cut fades between scenes where they flip back and forth between the old scene and the new one five or six times, for some reason it was okay when I was a kid, but now it's an absolute atrocity.

Was it a suicide attempt? there's a lot of power through the third rail in underground railways.

The long distance trains here drop the waste on the tracks (or did when I last used them some years ago), there are notices requesting passengers not flush the toilets in stations, however I am pretty sure there are no toilets on the tube trains

Unless he was doing something even more wildly inappropriate to the rail, he's in no danger from taking a leak on it. Humans dont produce a continual stream when they urinate, electricity cant travel up it.

It's a stylistic choice! A pretty bad one that seems mostly chosen to fit with the iconic drum beat, but you can't deny that it's instantly recognisable. And apart from that it's fine, Thunderbirds* might be better but I'm shocked that Captain Scarlett didn't also get a live action film (seeing as the premise is perfect for a spy thriller plot).
