The tl:dr version is that Less found out his daughter, who is also a member of the Elite Four, may be trapped in the Spectral Dimension, but we need to do some prep before we can go in after her.

No problem. As I mentioned earlier, my comp died and I’ve been spending most of the last week putting together the new pieces, so you haven’t been the only one who hasn’t been around much.

That’s true of all the towns to some extent, there will be people who live within the territorial boundaries of the city but don’t live in the city. Also some of the unmarked boxes are residential buildings or businesses too.

EDIT: Also Gnomes, I mentioned in the narrative but forgot to list it in the battle effects, Sunny Day is in effect from the local weather. Let me know if you still want Fisher out with that in mind, if you don’t feel free to edit. (But let me know either way, so I can finish the post for the round.)

I think I have all the inventory updates from while my comp was dead complete. (+14 Nilla Berries!, Fresh Water for Mark and Mina, Berries planted and watered, I think that was it?) Let me know if I missed anything!

Now hopefully I can sit down and get the new character tabs finished off and rolled out without anything else dying.

As for the EVs, I don't remember anything about how many just-caught Pokémon get - is it one per level past level 5? I checked my current mons to try to figure it out but I think I've been neglecting picking EVs for them too...

Yes so, for example, Tress being level 20 she has 15 EVs to allocate.

Alright, going through both my new mons without EVs and older ones I neglected to give EVs as they levelled up:

Poliwhirl Croaky: +1 Attack
Cosmas Tress: +10 HP, +5 Attack
Luxray Blast Bolt: +5 HP, +15 Attack, +5 Speed
Hitmonchan Sport: +3 Attack
Skiploom Leapsy: +2 Speed
Dunsparce Dundundun: +11 Attack, +10 Sp. Def
Dustox Bigbug: +1 Sp. Atk
