Oh, I misread your post then. Anyway, Mornshine isn't extremely active on the forum, and his question got a (technically) valid answer with Arcane Archer. I think we can just say his prompt has been answered and move on.

Dark Scholar from The Shattered Gates of Slaughtergarde can pick Book Masteries to both Eschew verbal components on lower level spells and raise their caster level on certain schools: they can pick 8 Book Masteries, so most probably will (but are not required to) take CL improvers.
The PrC loses 1 caster level when entering, but this can be overcome (Krau Illumian, Practiced Spellcaster).

Jade Phoenix Mage at 10 has Emerald Immolation, which turns you into an exploding searing blast of (green) fire.
I say this only because it almost fits, but it doesn't technically change your body into fire, so question is still unanswered I assume.
