Mordren, you are standing next to Grathar in the front rank at a set of double doors. Do you open your door at the same time as Grathar? or, do you just have Grathar open his door while you are behind your unopened one?

Mordren nods and opens her door along side Grathar, eyes sweeping the room for hostiles

From this curving room, doors lead east and west, and a passage leads south. A small table with four rickety chairs sits in the middle of the room. A pair of dice lies on the table amid cups and plates.

There is one goblin against the north wall in a chair at the table, snoring away. Another one with their back to the party seems engrossed in something at the table, but squeaks and turns around quickly once the doors are open.

Begin Round One ...

R1T25: Reiko, hearing the alarmed chirp of the goblin but otherwise not seeing anything, moves past her teammates at the front. She gets right up to the goblin with torch in hand and points her hand at it. A dark beam lances out at the goblin's lower leg for 6 disruption.

R1T24: Mordren, what do you do?

Mordren snarls and moves to engage the goblin throwing her weight into the metal punch

"Ah ha!" Aroden declares excitedly, brandishing his greatsword and hustling forward, although, stumbling over rubble and unable to reach his foe, he instead snaps his fingers and claps Mordren on the back, causing her vanish in a puff of smoke.

He smiles, "You have a few seconds to give them hell, ah?"

R1T18: Gold Goblin wakes up with a start, getting out of his chair and readying shield and short sword. Red Goblin draws their short sword and stabs Reiko in the left hand for 2. Her mesmeric mirror came forth, but it still struck her.

R1T16: Walter, you are holding your crystal light. What do you do?

With minimal visibility, Walter moves into the doorway and waits for an opportune moment to strike.

R1T16: With minimal visibility, Walter moves into the doorway and waits for an opportune moment to strike. Seeing one of the enemy, he shoots it with a bolt of pure mental force that strikes it in the left shoulder for 6 force, dropping it!

R1T8: Grathar, now that you finally have a sense of what is going on, you begin giving defensive advice (aegis). What do you do?

R2T25: Reiko moves over the fallen goblin while drawing her wakizashi and slashes Gold's lower leg for 6. The goblin screams out piteously in pain.

R2T16: Walter backs off a few steps, and then focuses his energy on his psionic power, but his backing off in difficult terrain keeps him from giving himself the time needed to recover his focus.

Aroden smirks as he looks over the fallen goblin, and opens his mouth to gloat, but his expression changes as his eyes narrow and turns about, sword forward.

"Is that it then? Are we alone?" He asks to no one in particular.

Aroden doesn't know how big the room is so he'll stay in initiative. He'll ready a standard action to attack in the circumstance that an enemy attacks in melee and will use an immediate action for Oaken Shield just in case. Otherwise he'll take no other actions and end his turn.

Walter regains his psionic composure, and Reiko slashes the throat of Gold to put it out of its misery.

Aroden nods at the silent response, his shoulders relaxing as he turns back to the bodies. Closing his eyes, he touched two fingers to his forehead, before extending them forward.

"Well, that went better then before." Grathar says quietly. "Two doors, one north, one east and some sort of gap or hallway south. We came from the door to the west. No obvious enemies right now." He informs the near-blind.

Grathar maneuvers to get a better view down the southern gap and takes a look around.

Grathar will move roughly 10' S, 5' W and look to the south to try and figure out if its a hallway or deadend or if there are enemies there. He won't go into that space at this time.

Walter makes sure to join up with the group now that he's aware they aren't under attack anymore.

Grathar pauses to think for a moment and rubs his beard thoughtfully.

"Definitely a hallway to the south. We should probably look around this room and then clear the north door. Watch where you step for now. Unless anyone else has a better idea?" Grathar says.

Grathar starts a search of the bodies and then the room, keeping an eye out for traps.

From this curving room, doors lead east and west, and a passage leads south. A small table with four rickety chairs sits in the middle of the room. A pair of dice lies on the table amid cups and plates. It takes 40 minutes (2:20 hours total elapsed time) to do a deep search of this area with all the rubble and debris. Other than their unsaleable equipment, the dead male and female goblins have nothing of value. Reiko's mesmeric copy has extinguished.

Also, during that time, the torch Reiko has guttered out, and then she needs to discard that and get another torch from Aroden, and it is 20 min. into burn by the end of the search. Aroden and Walter update their lights as needed.
