"Yep, time to go..." the man declares as he abandons caution and hustles through the doorway to rejoin the others.

R8T15.8-.2: Mordren sees two goblins advancing and shooting their bows at her. A third actually fully closes to her while getting out a short sword and making a weak stab.

Mordren Snarls and lashes out with her metal fist before continuing her retreat not wanting to get separated from the others.

R8T15: Mordren snarls and lashes out with her metal fist, just managing to catch the goblin in the chest for 10. Not wanting to get separated from the others, she continues her retreat. As she begin, the goblin she pegged stabs at her, sword and armored mask creating sparks as Mordren continues out of reach.

R8T14: Bríg, your readied action never occurred. You are standing outside the front entrance, a wall of darkness concealing what is within but for the little bubble of Aroden's light, but otherwise able to see the path to exit relatively clearly again with the party light sources. What do you do?

Bríg pauses her retreat after a few steps, waiting for the other party members to emerge from the darkness, and ready to heal those who went ahead of her should they appear grievously injured.

R8T14: Bríg pauses her retreat after a few steps, waiting for the other party members to emerge from the darkness. Getting ready to triage her companions, she takes a quick look over Reiko - who was in dire straits several seconds ago, only to see that Reiko is now completely unharmed.

R8T11: Reiko goes around the corner and well on her way.

Grathar looks down the narrow exit and then back towards the goblins. He assumes a defensive stance.

"I'll bring up the rear." Grathar says.

Grathar scratches the back of his hand vigorously.

R9T15.8-15.2: Gold shoots at Mordren. Only Mordren gets to see the comic failure of Blue repositioning about to shoot, only to gore its spleen from nearby debris. Green drops their sword to reposition and shoots, its arrow smashing hard against Mordren's magical force field.

R9T14: Bríg drops healing rain directly onto Mordren standing next to her to fully heal Mordren. Reiko is gone, so she then hurries after the shinobi and shouting, calling after her, "Next time, we're going to need something to pierce that darkness. Perhaps Ezren could supply such a spell?"

R9T11: But if Reiko heard, she doesn't respond as she continues to open the distance, gets out of the fissure, and into the open air (and off map/ out of initiative).

Grathar takes up a position flanking the entrance.


"We all here? Who's hurt? Do we want to re-group and go back in or retreat and camp? I'm feeling a little ...slugish but I'm don't think I'm bleeding." Grathar looks at himself up and down.

Grathar takes a few deep breaths and his breathing slows.

With the cleric's triage, Brig determines that Aroden is seriously wounded, and that she is also is moderately wounded ..... but everyone else is fine.

"I'll get back to you on that... uh, mon amie..." Aroden replies dryly, collapsed against the side of the tower a short ways away and sounding quite drained. Scanning the distant treeline, he winces as he touches the arrows still sprouting from his person, making movements to yank them out but stopping just short of actually doing so.

Bríg

"First things first, let me heal you" Bríg says to Aroden. She closes her eyes focuses, and before long saves her hands, and a light shower of rain falls on Aroden, and then on herself. She lets out a sigh, "lets head back to town, we need a better plan."

Full Round Action: Bríg meditates and generates 1 storm essence, which she invests into Soothing Rain.

Bríg uses Soothing Rain on Aroden, healing (4d8)[18] then on herself, healing (4d8)[21].
