I don't know what changed, but recently websites have started using new captcha's that are super chill compared with all their recent predecessors.
Those "We think you might be a robot" challenge screens work without javascript, with temporal cookies and often have very clear pictures.
I suspect this is cloudfare update, but am uncertain.
In any case WOOT, privacy respecting, easy, compatible captcha's.
