    Default Intentionally Being Hit

If a situation were to arise where a character would like to be hit by a creature, can they choose to allow a creature to hit them?

Sure. Don't see anything that would forbid that.

If you know they're there, yes. Your cleric buddy casting heal on you doesn't even have to make a touch attack to hit you, after all; it's automatic. If you don't know they're there, you can't choose to submit to the attack, so they'd have to make an attack against your flat-footed AC.

Interesting. Where can I read up on the rules for that?

Sure. I'm happy if you want to wait after the comp has closed too.

That depends on what "being hit" means. You can choose not to dodge, and ignore your DEX modifier. You can lower your shield, and not use your shield bonus. You can drop prone for a -4 penalty to your AC. But if you are in plate armor, and the attack is not good enough to penetrate the armor, I'm not sure you can choose to ignore that.

[For a touch attack, you can also ignore the armor, of course.]

You could try using the rules for inanimate objects while standing completely still

An object’s Armor Class is equal to 10 + its size modifier + its Dexterity modifier. An inanimate object has not only a Dexterity of 0 (-5 penalty to AC), but also an additional -2 penalty to its AC. Furthermore, if you take a full-round action to line up a shot, you get an automatic hit with a melee weapon and a +5 bonus on attack rolls with a ranged weapon.
So basically you can get your AC to the 3-5 range, assuming no Natural Armor. This still means the opponent misses on a natural 1 unless they take a full-round action in melee.
