Reasons to town read you:
Illven told us you were debating going against the plan n1. As a wolf, you would have known you couldn't use this to kill Blades without getting very suspicious. Therefore, thinking about WIFOM seems a bit townie for me.

Also, you pushing semi-hard against Snow, while easier targets were available, seems fine as well (and you even had the chance to take my offer before, putting some blame on me).

Kraken, why do you want Bat alive?

You know what, I don't really know anything at this point. As I and many others have pointed out, Bat could have flipped on Xihirli for towncred, but it just feels wrong to lynch someone who actively exposed a wolf instead of others just because of vaguely towny behaviour?

I don't think Bat is above suspicion, but he is less suspicious to me than Caedorus, Rogue Alchemist and Snowblaze. I think the wolf is in there. I think testing Bat here is the wrong play.

I am happy enough to wagon any of those three, really, though my preference there would not be Snow.

Of course maybe I'm wrong and Bat is the wolf, in which case I imagine I'll feel a little silly in about two hours.

Since Bat voted Snow while she already had a vote from Blades, this wagon wasn't as difficult as I had remembered, so no town points. What is more, Snow already was on Bat, so he might feel better about removing her instead of someone lower in the POE.


Taking a look at the wagon itself... I think, Snow is the only one to actually present arguments. Blades had cast a spell and Cae and Rouge were nodding along. That's not helpful...

I wasn't sure how today's conversation was going to end. Everyone was split on their decision, believing that everyone left seemed to be with us but knowing that wasn't the case. But when it came down to it, one group was faster, pushing who they suspected out of the Colony.

And after going through their belongings. It seems we were right. We've double checked with everyone remaining, but from what we gathered there were only three. So he was the last. We're finally safe.

As safe as we can be in a world filled with zombies.

Congrats Town and sorry Wolves. While I think this setup was an improvement over the last one, it was still very townsided (I've talked a bit about this in dead chat) and I think it's time to retire this setup for a long while.

I had fun playing this game and would like to take the chance to say "Thank you for hosting!"
Cao, don't worry too much about the balance. I think, things could have turned out very different if we hadn't got a wolf night 1. In the midgame, the sabotage could have been a powerful tool for the wolves (like, sabotage the hospital, kill the seer; it does narrow down the number of suspects, but there will still be another wolf left who gains some breathing room)

I can't work out what I'm more surprised about: that I was right or that people listened to me in the end. (I was terrified both of being wrong and of dying and then having to watch as you all kept clearing BCH and killing my townreads.)

Still, good game everyone, I enjoyed the part I was actually paying attention for!

And yes, agreed, this setup was still probably townsided. Maybe not to a completely gamebreaking level, but to the level that wolves would have needed an awful lot of luck to have a realistic chance of winning.

Might have more thoughts on balance in a bit.
