Now that Caoimhin flipped, I don't see any state of the world where Ben would have bussed Cao out of nowhere to save Rogan. It would have meant all three of them to be scum, which is... too unlikely..

And also in worlds where there were multiple wolves in danger, I would personally make the call to sacrifice that disguise power over most other common wolf powers.

I'm not talking about this specific match when I say I've got a hard time to get into it. I'm talking about the recent Mafia games in general. As you know, I wasn't playing that much recently, often staying back as a possible substitute, but obviously, it wasn't enough distance.

For AV:

I decline, cause there are probably better targets for your power, no matter what you got.
Maybe target someone relatively silent, so they have something to generate discussion the next day, but of course, this depends on the details of your power, which I don't know and don't want to know.

but when you removed your vote you said you thought you were adding him to the tie. Which was it? Or was it a combination of both?

Both are true, I thought I was adding a mildly suspicious person to the big pile of ties and whoever broke the tie would likely be a wolf D1. When I reread I couldn't substantiate the original suspicion and removed my vote since I hadn't meant to get him killed, just a little sussed. At which point I noticed Rogan had made another tie with Cao that I'd inadvertently broken. Combination of trying to cause a little chaos and not paying attention.

I don't think anyone gets enough credit for the Caoimhim kill for it to be bussing, The first two were random, Caedorus has publically stated he was going to change his vote, Rogan was self-preservation. Theere's my but I'm not going to tinfoil on myself.

OOC: Another wolf eliminated the first Night/Day. I'm guessing everyone has a special power and someone has scrying. Anyone want to volunteer that info? I think the wolves were at least initially trying to save Caoimhin but may have given up after concluding that the vote wouldn't go their way.

This pings me the wrong way, I'd love to transform this into an innocent mistake, but if a seer managed to get a kill without revealing themselves why would they not just hide and go for another wolf? (assuming weird seer with starting information)

Potentially interested, if my being above you in targeting order and having an above average chance of dying N1 aren't problems. But if it's an information-gathering power then I probably self-resolve this game so I may not be an optimal target. Rogan might have a point about a quiet person being a better idea.

Have you considered that it might have been too much distance and you just need to scrape off some rust? But also yeah, if you need to take a longer break then do that.

w/w wagons are hardly impossible, and in this case there's nothing to rule it out. Rogan and Caoimhin never showed much enthusiasm for killing each other and there wasn't much movement onto Rogan to save Caoimhin (I'll get to wagonomics either shortly or D2 if I live that long.)

tbf Rogan wouldn't be my first choice of scry target if I had a scry, which I may or may not. But also my opinions may have influenced people who did suggest that.

(I don't recall specifically unpairing Rogan/Persolus but purely by statistics it's highly unlikely.)
