Thank you for the double comic, Rich. Worth the wait!

They really should just go with "The Resistance" -- simple and stylish.

The jokes in the end are a little old... but the title alone makes up for it :)

One thing that has me worried: Where is the Belkster? Too sick to at least taunt a hobgoblin by now?

Where's Belkar? Is he resisting, too? Or is he stuck with Roy's body, unable to take out his frustrations by killing hobgoblins?

ETA: Heh. Beaten to it. By a few seconds :)

    Viva La Resistance!

I was kind of hoping that Haley would have a makeover too... or maybe blew a feat to become proficient in Greatsword. I gotta say the picture of Haley with a Greatsword was awesome... though maybe Greatswords make everything more awesome?

Knowing Belkar, he's probably found a way around it. Like setting traps. He's a ranger, and if he sets a trap, he doesn't deal any damage - lethal or otherwise.

    Yay!

I didn't think of Haley starting a resistance movement!

Then again, I didn't think there would be any humans left to make slaves of, much less any that would resist.

Then again, it IS a big city, why wouldn't people have disappeared into their secret tunnels and walk-in closets to hide?

    Then again, I'm done.

    Yay!

See, sometimes the Tinfoil Hat Alliance does pick the right horse.

Though I secretly think the Powers That Be allow us to win occasionally, only to make our defeats sting that much more. Yes, it's all a cosmic game of cat and mouse.

Since Belkar can stray a mile from Roy, he can be most anywhere in the city with only a little trouble. So Belkar may be fine at this time.
Of course, not being able to kill anybody except mere zombies and other undead is not what he would call fine.

Now I would still argue that there should be no resistance, not with a lich who just loves killing and a cleric around also able to create zombies. They would just go around killing humans until they got the resistance by accident.
But we don't want our hero cowering in a basement for a few months, however practical that may be. We want her doing something heroic, however impractical.
Still, it would be best if we came up with some excuse for our lich not to do what he would consider good policy and fun.

In any case, glad to see the strip.
