Gray Jester PC

If I were making a Gray Jester as a character (Heroes of Horror p151) how would I do it. This is a 10 ELC PC with no class levels, just the Gray Jester.

I think that's right can anyone check my reasonings?
-10 for even scores, -11 for odd
Subtract stat bonus from saves to get those numbers

Yeah, that's right. You've got 8 Fey HD and a +2 LA, which makes an ECL 10 character. In addition to the things you've worked out, Fey gets 6 skill points per level (1st HD quadrupled, as normal). You'll also get all the Grey Jester's special qualities and whatnot; don't forget your DR, SR, low-light vision, and Hideous Laughter special attack.

As a Fey, you are proficient with simple weapons along with whatever the specific fey wields (the jester's scepter; appears to be a weak club.) You are proficient with whatever class of armor the creature is described as wearing, plus anything lighter. For the Jester, that's none.
