Here's our OOC thread for our game.

Style of Play: Published Adventure (sort of)
Allowed Content:
Most WoTC 3.5 material is allowed, subject to the following exceptions.
- No 3.0 material that was not updated to 3.5.
- No Dragon Magazine material is allowed.
- No Traits/Flaws.
- No homebrew is allowed.
- No templates are allowed.
- No races with LA greater than +1 are allowed.
- Other things not allowed: Dragonlance material, Erudites.

- Race and Class Variants from Unearthed Arcana are allowed, excepting Bloodlines.
- Forgotten Realms and Eberron content is allowed.
- This game will take place on the continent of Nerath, which is located on the unnamed world/plane of the 4e Points of Light setting. No knowledge of the setting is required.

Character Creation
Backstory: Minimal. You and your partner are high-level planeswalking adventurers.
Experience: 16th level
Wealth: 260,000gp
Ability Scores: 36 point buy
Hit Points: Maximum
Alignment: Any
Other Notes: Players have until December 9th to submit a finished character sheet. I'm going to pick the two characters that I think will work together the best.

Houserules:
- Characters gain feats at odd levels (1, 3, 5, etc).
- Each class increases their skill points by 2 per level.
- Extra skill points gained from permanent Intelligence increases are retroactive.
- Fractional base attack bonus and saving throws will be used.
- 100% Psionics / Magic transparency.
