M&M X genius girl: trying to build Agatha Heterodyne

Hey everyone I hope that you’re having a great day. Anyway I’m going to cut to the point,in the fact that I have been reading genius girl and playing a lot of mutants and masterminds.

So I thought about how I could bring these two things together in a build m but not just nay build. I want to make a power level either 13-14 versions of are main character from where they are now in the story, that’s right in asking you guys to create an build for Agatha Heterodyne in M&M! I just want to see how you would her to life in an more high powered world and just how the abilities of a spark and things like the madness place and their creations can be brought into a game.
