Default 5e Barbarian Path of the Omlarcat PEACH request

    Path of the Omlarcat
Wood Elves and Moon Elves born under moonless skies sometimes feel a kinship with the mysterious Omlarcat, more commonly known as the Displacer Beast. Human tribes, Halflings under the Dark Sun, and lowland Goliaths also feel a call to to this path when their lives are expected to be short and brutal. But no species' warriors can more commonly be found on this path than the Tabaxi.

    Shadow-Kin
At 3rd level after choosing this Archetype you gain proficiency in the Stealth skill and gain Darkvision out to 60'. If you already have Darkvision it's range increases by 30'.

    Mysterious Rage
Beginning at 3rd level, when you Rage you create an illusory duplicate within 5 feet of you which persists until your Rage ends or it is hit by an attack. The duplicate mirrors your current condition, it remains within 5 feet of you, moving with and through you, its movement thwarts any attempt to distinguish it from you by sight. When you are hit by an attack, you can roll a d20 and on a result of 11 or more the attack hits your duplicate causing it to disappear. While Raging, if you have no duplicate at the start of your turn, another appears.

    Spirit Tendrils
At 6th level you can manifest a pair of spectral tentacles that emerge from your shoulders as a bonus action. The tentacles remain until you dismiss them as a bonus action. They have a reach of 10 feet and you can use them to make unarmed strikes that deal 1d8+Strength Modifier Force Damage. You can cause these strikes to originate from you or a duplicate created using a feature granted by this Archetype.

When a creature moves you can choose to use a duplicate's space to determine whether or not it provokes an attack of opportunity from you if you use your tentacles to make the attack. The tentacle's length allows you to grapple creatures up to 2 sizes larger than you normally and creatures that start their turn Grappled by these tentacles suffer 1d8 Force damage. While Raging you can use this feature to make an unarmed strike with the tentacles as a bonus action. You can use the feature in this way a number of times equal to your Constitution Modifier and regain all uses when you complete a Short or Long Rest.

    Shadow Stalker

At 10th level the power of the Shadowfell infuses you. Your duplicates foil attacks made based on any sense, not just sight. While Raging, you can use a bonus action to create an additional duplicate in any space within a Darkened or Dimly Lit area within 30 feet. These additional duplicates appear alive and poised to strike, but cannot move and disappear if attacked or your Rage ends.

    Illusory Pawn
Also at 10th level, when you are hit by an attack and within 5 feet of a duplicate you can choose to have the attack hit the duplicate instead. You can use this feature once and regain its use after a Short or Long Rest.

    Midnight Consumption
Beginning at 14th level you can perform a terrifying technique. When you take the Attack Action, you can forgo one attack to force a creature grappled by a duplicate's Spirit Tendrils to make an opposed Athletics Test. On a failure, the creature is dragged into its own shadow by the duplicate, suffering 5d10 Force Damage and becomes Blinded and Restrained. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn to end the Blinded and Restrained Conditions. The use of this feature is consumed when a creature fails the initial saving throw. You regain its use the next time you Rage.
