Aren't, as undead, vampires immune to domination? Maybe, friendly vampires. They just love Tsukiko so much they want to help her out.

Well, now we know that Tsukiko is at least level 12 (Teleport: 9th level of Wizard + 3 levels of Cleric to be a Mystic Theurge).
Also, this once again raises the question: who is considered a PC?

Most likely they are vampires created from hobgoblin corpses...

And it is nice to see some funny stuff again (well that explains the red dancing lights...in my mind there was only yellow dancing lights...)
