Makign Ariadne and the minotaur for a oneshot

Greetings friends.

For next tuesday sessions, GM asked us to prepare a new 4th level character, all first party resources allowed.

Due to me previously already playing that published campaign ( GM knows that, I'm partly cogm'ing it, contorlling some NPC etc ), I know that it's for a shareddream sequence. he asked us to flavor stuff as greek mythology if possible.

Now, my character (actual character) and his wife (plotline NPC, more or less the Gandalf, name's Torrent) are both cleric of Artemis (basically Gozreh), there is an injoke in the group that "isn't Torrent a man?"

We (me and the gm) thought it would be a fun plot twist if Torrent is a man in the dream sequence, and in staying with the theme, GM okayed for dream-self to be a minotaur ( no class levels, repicked feats ).


So.... very naturally it comes to mind I could make Ariadne ( of the Theseus myth), with the twist that she loves the minotaur.


But I have no idea at all how I could build her in a way that's faithful to the myth! please help?


In a manner disjointed from the myth, my munchkin brain goes "make a vital link oracle 1 / paladin 3" , to keep the Minos alive, of course, but I don't know if I can fit that to the lore, so to say

So, Ariadne is basically a support class, so I'm thinking Bard?
