Default Elegant Strike and Insightful Strike

The character I'm playing at the moment has 7 levels of swashbuckler and 8 levels of the champion of corellon larethian PRC class... I would like to ask the following:

    1) do insightful strike and elegant strike stack?
    2) heavy fortification armor negates, right?
    3) is insightful/elegant damage halved on the offhand?

Up 'till now, we've ruled that they stack, are affected by fortification (as well as constructs & undead), and it's halved on the offhand.

The way I see it, the bonus damage granted by these two class features is more akin to sneak damage than anything else, what do you think?

[edit] I forgot to mention that we rule that deathstrike bracers allow me to apply the damage to constructs and undead. [/edit]

    1. Yes. Why would they not?

    2. No. I think. Wait for other opinions.

    3. No, you get full damage on the off hand.

    1: They do stack, yes.

2: Unfortunately, yes. Immunity to critical hits grants immunity to sneak attack and other forms of precision damage, and both insightful and elegant strike say they don't work against anything unless it would be vulnerable to a critical hit.

    3. Nope. Only your Strength bonus is halved. Both classes are very nice for two-weapon fighters.
