Make 'Em Bleed

So, definately inspired by Fixer's thread about maxxing out Sneak Attack, I am looking for feats and abilities to cause bleeding wounds.

All I have found thus far is Arterial Strike (CW) and Vicious Wound (Savage Species). Anything (except Dragon and non-WotC websites) is up for grabs. I don't think there is much else, aside from magical weapons and races. (Barbazu comes to mind, not many others)

My goal is to make a character concept that causes a massive amount of blood-loss per turn.

Conceptually, wounding weapons cause blood loss.
