Looking for a certain feat...

I remember hearing about a feat that lets you add your int modifier to certain skills such as open lock. What exactly does this feat give? I vaguely remember being told it was in the Dungeonscape book...although I'm a tad worried that it was actually a factotom class ability...

Yup, it's a Factotum class ability. It lets them add their Int modifier to all Strength and Dexterity checks, as well as checks for skills that use those abilities.

A level of Marshal could give the PC Motivate Aura Dexterity which could be nice with a decent charisma modifier bumped up a little with magic items.
