So in the game i am DMing, i am having the players create their own class, and hopefully keep it around tier 3. they will be going from levels 4ish-20

this is a character that i would like some help looking over

the problem with me figuring it out is that i am not that great as a support character. it is hard looking at how powerful one guy is when a good part of his strength is in making everyone else better.

i already have spoken with him about a few things, such as no leadership, making things (stat) times per day instead of at will, and potentially getting more auras.

so anybody else have input about this character? is it balanced? are there any other ideas for more auras?
