Dragonkin Monster Class
Before I spend the next day or so trying my feeble best. Does anyone know of a Dragonkin Monster Class, 'cause I so want to play a Dragonkin, but my campaign is only at fifth level.

I don't think their are any monster classes for dragon kin.
However I suggest using the half dragon template. It only has a combined LA and Racial HD of 3 so it's a more powerful option IMO.
If you really want you can call the Half dragon creature a dragonkin.
