Bears, Bears, Bears!

I'm working on a concept but it'll need the intelligent armoured bears with the oposable thumbs welded to their gauntlets. I can't remember what they are called but they are definitely WotC maybe Frostburn?

Can anybody source it for me?

A blatant rip off the armoured bears from His Dark Materials, but that doesn't make them any less cool.

Off the top of my head, I can think of three types of armored bears. First, just the regular ol' werebear (from the MM). The other two are from Book of Exalted Deeds - the Warden Archon and the Ursinal Guardian.

EDIT: Or the one above is probably what you mean, since it's from Frostburn. Haven't read through that book in a while.
