Mass Heal numberof targets?

I'm looking at Heal, Mass from the PHB. It doesn't say how many creatures I can affect, although I'm assuming it is 1 per caster level. Also, it says the max HP restored to each creature is 250. Does that mean I have to be CL 25 to restore that much?

There's no limit, so long as they're all within 30 feet of every other target.

And yes, you'd have to have a CL of 25 to get to the cap of 250 hit points.

Heal mass lets you affect as many creatures as you wish. The limiting factor is that they all mass be within 30' of each other.

Yes you pretty much have to be cl 25 to heal that much. However their are certain abilities that raise caster level such as the healing domain power.
