    Default Recharging Rods?

    I know at one point you used to be able to recharge rods and staffs. I can't seem to find the rules that allow this in 3.5. Is the option not available any more?

    rods generally don't have charges

    wands and staffs can't be recharged by the rules, but nothing prevents you from houseruling it: 1 charge costs 1/50th of the wand/staff
