    Default Feeling S.p.e.c.i.a.l. ?

Has anyone constructed a functioning tabletop adaptation of the special system outside of Fallout: Warfare? Preferably one which encouraged multiple play styles.

Any assistance is very much appreciated.

Yes, they have. I have a copy on my HD, and it's a free download, but I'd have to go looking for where you can download it. Try googling "Fallout RPG"

    EDIT: Or look here: http://pnp.fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page
